This icing is for lemon lovers! It has a very strong lemon taste and the yellow zest specs are lovely! Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter, softened |
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar |
1 tablespoon limoncello |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
1 lemon, zested |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.
2. *add an addtional 1/2 cup powdered sugar if a thicker icing is desired.
