Great as a topping for quesadillas or other mexican inspired dishes. Super easy too. Ingredients:
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 lime, juice of (about 2 tablespoons) |
1 chipotle pepper, minced without seeds (or with if you like it hot!) |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and stir thoroughly. Will keep for about one week refridgerated. |
