Ingredients:
8 skinned and boned chicken breast halves |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 (6-ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed and undiluted |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
3 tablespoons ketchup |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. 2. Brown chicken in a lightly greased nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes on each side; remove from skillet. 3. Add limeade concentrate, brown sugar, and ketchup to skillet; bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until thickened. Return chicken to skillet; cover and cook for 10 minutes or until done. |
