1/2 cup lime cordial, i use schweppes |
1/2 cup lime juice, fresh squeezed |
1/2 cup cream |
1 dash bitters |
soda water, to taste and top up |
Directions:
1. Mix cordial and juice in a jug.
2. Add cream then add dash of bitters.
3. Pour into 4 glasses and top up with soda water to taste.
4. Decorate glasses with a lime wedge.
