This recipe goes with Banh Bung (Warm Noodle Salad with Beef), Nime Chow (Raw Spring Rolls) Ingredients:
1 cup hot water |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
1 tablespoon white vinegar |
1 tablespoon fish sauce |
1 large garlic clove, minced |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Cool completely. Stir in juice and remaining ingredients. |
