A quick, easy, healthy and yummy way to get your protein, calcium and fruit! Ingredients:
4 ounces cool whip lite |
16 ounces low fat cottage cheese |
20 ounces unsweetened pineapple chunks |
15 ounces unsweetened mandarin orange segments |
3 ounces sugar-free lime jell-o gelatin |
Directions:
1. Drain all the fruits. Mix all ingredients. Cool in refrigerator for 1 hour. Enjoy! |
