Adapted from an old issue of Fast & Healthy Cooking magazine. Very lime-y. I prefer this made with yogurt rather than the frozen yogurt (the original called for frozen). Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate |
3/4 cup cold water |
1 ripe banana, peeled |
2 cups vanilla yogurt (regular or lowfat) or 2 cups vanilla frozen yogurt (regular or lowfat) |
honey, to taste (optional) |
Directions:
1. Using a blender, combine limeade concentrate, banana, and water until smooth. 2. Add yogurt and blend until smooth. 3. Serve immediately. |
