Lime Rosemary Chicken Legs With Tequila |

Easy grilling chicken legs with a very herby taste. I use a drumstick cooker for the grill that really makes it incredibly easy. they hang down and cook very evenly without drying out. Ingredients:
12 chicken drumsticks |
1/4 cup chopped fresh rosemary |
1/4 cup lime juice |
1 tablespoon salt |
1 tablespoon black pepper |
1/4 cup tequila |
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro |
Directions:
1. place all ingredients except chicken in a 1 gallon zip lock bag a shake like a polaroid picture. add chicking, making sure all pices are coated. squeeze all air out and zip up. place in fridge for a half hour. get grill to medium hot and if using drumstick hangers, place as far front as possible. turn rack after 15 minutes. remove after 1/2 hour and enjoy. |
