Lime, Plum, Grape, Scallion, Cilantro Juice |

I like rich, pulpy juices. Here's one that is fun to drink. Ingredients:
1/2 lime |
1 large plum |
3/4 cup grapes |
1 scallion |
3 fresh cilantro stems |
seltzer water (optional) |
Directions:
1. Peel and remove any seeds from the lime. Chop up the plum, leaving skin on if desired, and removing the core. 2. De-stem the seedless grapes, chop the scallion and cilantro stalks (not just the stems, but that is what the system is defaulting to). 3. Mix with a little water in a blender or use a Smart Stick . 4. Pour into tall glass, and add seltzer to desired level of juiciness, and gently mix with a spoon. |
