Simple and quick to make- Delish on a salad. This recipe makes about 1 1/2 cups and will keep in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Ingredients:
1 cup olive oil |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons chives, finely snipped |
4 limes, juice and zest of |
1 tablespoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients together and season to taste. 2. Use immediately or chill for up to 2 weeks. |
