Lime-Marinated Flank Steak |

Cut the meat across the grain to create thin, tender, juicy slices of steak. Ingredients:
1/4 cup white wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
2 teaspoons coarsely chopped jalapeƱo pepper |
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice |
2 garlic cloves, pressed |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1 1/2 pounds flank steak |

Directions:
1. Combine vinegar and next 7 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag; shake to combine. Add steak to bag and marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours, turning bag occasionally. 2. Prepare grill. 3. Remove steak from bag; discard marinade. Place steak on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 6 to 8 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices. |
