Makes for a great side dish Ingredients:
1 lb wax bean, trimmed |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 lime, juice and zest of |
salt |
Directions:
1. Cook beans in a pot of boiling salted water until just tender, 6 to 8 minutes. 2. Drain in a colander and rinse under cold water to prevent further cooking. 3. Immediately toss with honey, zest and juice, and salt in a large bowl. |
