                                                1/3 cup lime juice  |  
                                                1 tablespoon peanut oil  |  
                                                1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce  |  
                                                1 garlic clove, minced  |  
                                                1 bay leaf  |  
                                                4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a shallow dish or heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; add chicken. Cover or seal, and chill 1 hour. 2. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. 3.
