Great light summer meal Ingredients:
2 tbs margarine |
1 tsp basil |
1 tbs lime juice |
1 lb flounder fillets |
Directions:
1. Melt margarine in a medium fry pan. Stir in basil and lime juice. Coat flounder with mixture. Cook in pan on medium heat for 3-5 minutes per side until fish is opaque throughout. |
