this is great during the Christmas holiday buffets..but I enjoy it any time of the year Ingredients:
6 ounces lime gelatin |
2 cups boiling water |
1 pint lime sherbet, softened |
2 cups cabbage, shredded |
garnish sour cream |
Directions:
1. dissolve gelatin mix in boiling water, add sherbert and stir until melted. 2. stir in cabbage, pour into an 8x8 baking pan.or a gelatin mold. 3. cover and chill about 4 hours - until set. 4. cut into squares. 5. garnish with sour cream. |
