From Cooking Light magazine. Ingredients:
3/4 cup tomato juice |
1/2 cup fresh cilantro stem |
1/4 cup fresh lime juice |
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin |
1 small jalapeno, halved and seeded |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until blended. 2. Cover and chill. |
