Ingredients:
3/4 cup tomato juice
1/2 cup fresh cilantro stem
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 small jalapeno, halved and seeded
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until blended.
2. Cover and chill.
