Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil |
1 lime, juice of |
4 cloves garlic, peeled,ends removed |
1/2 cup cilantro, wash,dry |
fresh ground black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon sugar, to taste |
1/8 teaspoon salt, to taste |
Directions:
1. In a food processor fitted with a metal blade, combine the olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cilantro leaves, and black pepper. 2. Process until smooth. 3. Add sugar and salt to taste. |
