Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup(s) crushed graham crackers (24 squares) |
1/3 cup(s) sugar |
1/2 cup(s) butter or margarine (melted) |
1 package(s) lime jello (or any flavor) |
1 cup(s) boiling water |
2 package(s) 8oz & 3oz cream cheese, softened |
1 cup(s) sugar |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
1 carton(s) 16oz, cool ship |
Directions:
1. ) combine the first 3 ingredients and set aside 2 Tablespoons for topping. 2. ) Press remaining crumbs into 9x13 baking dish; set aside. 3. ) In a bowl, dissolve jell-o in boiling water; let cool 4. ) In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese & sugar 5. ) Add vanilla; mix well. 6. ) Slowly add gelatin until combined. 7. ) Fold in whipped topping 8. ) Spoon over crust 9. ) sprinkle top with saved crumbs. 10. ) Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours until set. |
