Came up with these the other day, wanted something different, and made these using what I had. They were a big hit! Ingredients:
1 box pilsbury fudge brownie mix, 9x13 pan size (any brand, i used these for the fudginess factor) |
2 eggs, oil and water as called for on box |
cheesecake filling |
8oz package cream cheese, softened |
1/3 c sugar |
1 egg |
zest from 1 lime |
juice from 1/2 lime |
Directions:
1. Butter the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan 2. Preheat oven according to package directions 3. Mix brownies according to package directions and set aside 4. CHEESECAKE FILLING 5. With electric stand mixer or handheld electric mixer, cream together the cream cheese and sugar 6. Add remaining ingredients and mix well 7. Spread the brownies in buttered pan 8. Spoon filling over top 9. Using lift and fold method, swirl brownies and cheesecake together 10. Bake according to package directions |
