Lime Burgers

Just a quick burger recipe, with a little citrus twist.
Ingredients:
extra virgin olive oil
1 lb ground beef
2 limes
1/4 cup shredded mexican blend cheese
Directions:
1. Mix ground beef, shredded cheese, and juice of 2 limes in a large bowl.
2. Form about 4-6 patties, not too thick. Push down on the center to speed up cooking.
3. Cook either on the grill or in a pan. For pan, add EVOO and cook until done.
4. Top with ketchup, onions, lettuce, or other toppings.
5. Freeze leftover burgers and that's it.
