Ingredients:
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice |
2 teaspoons canola oil |
8 (6-inch) corn tortillas |
Directions:
1. Heat a medium cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Combine juice and oil, stirring well. Brush mixture evenly over tortillas. Working with 1 tortilla at a time, place tortilla in skillet; cook 30 seconds on each side or until blackened in spots. |
