Easy recipe. I'll have to try it. Ingredients:
2 cups barley |
6 cups water |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 lime, juice of |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Rince the barley and drain. 2. Boil water in a casserole and add the barley. 3. Cover and cook 1 hour at low heat or until barley is tender and water is absorbed. 4. Add olive oil and lime juice. Salt and pepper if you want and serve. |
