Lime and Chili Pita Chips  |

                    These should be a good low fat alternative to fatty chips and they would be good with Mediterranean dips and hummus. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 pita breads  |  
                                                1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil  |  
                                                1 lime, zest of  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon chili flakes  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Tear 2 pita breads into chip-size pieces and brush with oil. 3. Sprinkle with lime zest and chilli flakes. 4. Bake for 10 mins until crisp. 5. Sprinkle with salt if you like.                              |
