This tastes alot like cheesecake but w/ out all the fat and calories! Ingredients:
2 cups fat-free cottage cheese |
1 (1 ounce) box sugar-free jello |
1/2 cup boiling water |
Directions:
1. Mix the gelatin with the boiling water until dissolved. 2. Put the cottage cheese in a blender and add the dissolved gelatin to it. 3. Blend until creamy looking. 4. Put in container and chill until it firms up! |
