From Cooking Light Ingredients:
6 ounces fat free greek yogurt |
3/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled |
2 ounces low-fat cream cheese, softened |
1/4 cup low-fat sour cream |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
1 1/2 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon fresh dill |
1/8 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine yogurt, cheeses, sour cream, and garlic in a food processor. Process until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and stir in spinach, dill and black pepper. |
