Ingredients:
6 ounces fat free greek yogurt
3/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 ounces low-fat cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 1/2 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine yogurt, cheeses, sour cream, and garlic in a food processor. Process until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and stir in spinach, dill and black pepper.
