Lighter Pumpkin Chip Muffins

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 egg white
1/4 cup oil
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups white whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon salt
8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup oats
Directions:
1. 1. Mix first 5 ingredients together,
2. 2. separately, mix dry ingredients.
3. 3. Blend the two mixutres, fold in chips.
4. 4. generoously fill 24 greased(non stick cooking spray) or paper-lined muffin cups. Sprinkle oats on top.
5. 4 Bake at 400 degrees F. for 16-20 minute.
