Lighter Peanut Butter- Chocolate Chip Brownies |

These brownies were so good that it was hard for me to keep from eating the whole batch! : ) I went away for the weekend and when I came back my roomate had eaten all the brownies I made! Obviously she liked them too! You be the judge. Ingredients:
cooking spray |
1 cup all-purpose flour |
1/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips |
1/4 teaspoon baking soda |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
3/4 cup granulated sugar |
1/4 cup dark brown sugar |
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 large egg |
1 large egg white |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray an 8 inch square baking pan. 2. Combine flour, chocolate chips, soda, and salt in a bowl. 3. Combine sugars and remaining ingr. in a bowl and stir until well blended. 4. Add the flour mixt. to the sugar mixture; stirring just until blended. 5. Spread batter in the pan and bake for 25 minutes. |
