This is a cookie I've made on my quest to find a delicious less fattening chocolate chip cookie. Note: If you like flat crisp and chewy cookies, these are not for you. They're more fluffy and cake-like. But if you're like me I don't have a preference cuz I like all cookies. Ingredients:
3/4 cup light butter |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
3/4 cup splenda granular |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour |
1 (12 ounce) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Cream butter and brown sugar together. 3. Beat in splenda and yogurt. 4. Add vanilla and eggs. 5. Slowly add in the AP flour. 6. Mix in the chocolate chips. 7. Scoop on cookie sheet. 8. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until lightly golden brown. |
