Ingredients:
4 cups basil
5 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/8 cup olive oil
1/8 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Toast the pine nuts in a dry skillet. Stir often to prevent burning.
2. Place all ingredients in a food processor and chop until smooth. Add cold water one tablespoon at a time if it gets too thick to continue blending.
