The original recipe is from Healthy Helpings by Norene Gilletz. It is creamy good and doesn't taste light.
Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
fresh ground pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well;chill.
2. Delicious over Romaine lettuce or spinach.
