Easy and delicious low calorie,less fat egg salad. Ingredients:
4 hard boiled egg whites,chopped |
1/2 avocado,pitted and diced |
1/4 small red onion,diced small |
1 tsp. each,mayonnaise sour cream,dijon mustard |
whole- grain bread |
arugula |
Directions:
1. In a bowl,combine egg whites,onion,avocado,mayonnaise,sour cream and dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Serve on whole-grain bread with arugula. |
