Ingredients:
4 hard boiled egg whites,chopped
1/2 avocado,pitted and diced
1/4 small red onion,diced small
1 tsp. each,mayonnaise sour cream,dijon mustard
whole- grain bread
arugula
Directions:
1. In a bowl,combine egg whites,onion,avocado,mayonnaise,sour cream and dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Serve on whole-grain bread with arugula.
