Moist, tender bread machine bread with a touch of whole wheat. Kids love it! For the wheat gluten - use 4 tsp. to equal the 15 grams. I just couldn't get it to size any other way in the database. Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups water |
1 large egg |
2 1/2 tablespoons canola oil |
3 1/4 cups bread flour |
3/4 cups whole wheat flour |
4 tablespoons dry buttermilk |
2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar |
15 grams vital wheat gluten |
2 tsp. salt |
1 tablespoon instant yeast |
Directions:
1. Add the ingredients to your bread machine according to user's manual. 2. Select large loaf, basic cycle, medium crust. |
