I found this recipes while I was looking for a friend's Potluck Waldorf salad. Its very healthy tasty and simple to make.
Ingredients:
2 lbs apples peeled and sliced
4 tbs honey
4 cups chopped celery
3/4 cup walnuts chopped
4 cups grapes (optional
1/2 cup low cal mayonaise
3 1/2 cups lemon or vanilla yogurt
Directions:
1. Chop up apples, celery and walnuts.
2. Combine Honey,Mayo and Yogurt.
3. Add this dressing to fruit, celery and walnuts.
4. Chill for an hour to allow flavors to blend.
5. Serve.
