1 3/4 cups chicken broth |
1/4 cup white wine vinegar or 1/4 cup cider vinegar |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
1 garlic clove, minced |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
1/2 teaspoon tarragon |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, adding salt and pepper to taste. 2. Store in refrigerator. Shake well before serving. |
