Light Twiced Baked Potatoes |

The lighter version of twiced baked potatoes. Makes 8 halfs. 5 Points per potatoe. Ingredients:
4 large russet potatoes |
2 cups 1% lowfat milk |
2 tbsp light margarine |
8 oz 2% lowfat shredded cheese |
1 tbsp garlic salt |
1 tsp pepper |
Directions:
1. Bake the potatoes in over till done. 2. After cutting the potatoes in half the long way, scoop the inners into a bowl, add milk, margarine, salt and pepper. Mix until smooth. 3. Re-add mixture into potatoes, top with cheese and put back into over at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes. |
