3 cups tuna |
3 cups celery |
1 cup green bell pepper |
1 cup yellow bell pepper |
1 cup red bell pepper |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 cup green onion |
1 cup plain fat-free yogurt |
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Drain the tuna. 2. combine all the other ingredients in a bowl with the tuna and mix well. 3. Refrigerate for two or more hours. 4. Spread 1/2 cup of mixture on a piece of bread or serve with salad. 5. serve. |
