Light Summer Pasta Salad

Very easy to make, delicious to eat. A great summer side dish.
Ingredients:
10 oz colourful pasta, cooked (omit any salt and oil)
2 tbs olive oil
3 tbs white wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
pepper to taste
1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
1/2 tsp crushed pepper flakes
1 cup cubed fresh mozzarella
1 1/2 cups, halved cherry tomatoes
green onions to garnish
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except pasta in a large bowl. Stir until combined.
2. Add pasta and stir well.
3. Garnish with green onions.
4. Chill.
