My SIL from France makes this as a staple, it has a unique flavor that goes well with all kinds of salads Ingredients:
1/3 cup vinegar |
2/3 cup oil |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
2 shallots, finely chopped |
1/3 cup water |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together, shake well before serving. 2. Store in the refridgerator. |
