Rhubarb Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
1 egg |
2 tablespoons flour |
1 tablespoons butter (melted) |
3 cups rhubarb (cooked and drained) |
Directions:
1. Mix together and pour into unbaked pie shell. No topping or top crust needed. 2. Bake at 450 for 14 mins, then reduce heat to 350 for 30 mins or until custard is set. |
