Low cal, low fat version of Poppy Seed Dressing. Great on salad greens topped with strawberries, mandarin oranges and sugared chopped almonds. Ingredients:
1/4 cup orange juice |
3 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise |
3 tablespoons nonfat sour cream |
2 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute |
1 teaspoon orange zest |
2 tablespoons poppy seeds |
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients togther. |
