Light Peanut Butter Spread

25 cals/ Tbsp* (tried) If you don't buy better n peanut butter, regular peanut butter works fine at 30 cals/ tbsp
Ingredients:
2 t cornstarch
1 cup water
2 t better n peanut butter
2 t peanut butter, smooth style
1 t cinnamon
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, whisk together a cup of water with the cornstarch
2. Once thoroughly mixed, heat at a medium to low temperature. stir frequently
3. Once water comes to a boil, whisk mixture and turn off heat
4. A clearer,gel-like consistency will form by this point, so add the peanut butter and mix
5. add salt and sweetener to taste. I usually add 1/2 t kosher salt and a packet of stevia.
6. chill before serving, it will thicken more. Store in fridge
