Light Pasta and Cheese Sauce |

This is a lighter, quick and easy version of normal pasta with cheese sauce and tastes just as good. Ingredients:
2 cups skim milk |
2 tablespoons flour |
3 chicken bouillon cubes |
2 cups grated parmesan cheese (could use smoked cheddar or gouda as well) |
800 g pasta |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta as directed; drain well. 2. Mix milk, flour and chicken broth in electric mixer. 3. Cook in a pan, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Then add in the cheese; stir constantly until cheese melts. 4. Add the sauce to pasta and serve immediately. |
