This version has less fat, but all the flavor Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground turkey |
1/2 lb lean ground beef |
2/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs |
1 cup skim milk |
2 eggs, slightly beaten |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon sage |
1/4 cup ketchup |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine ketchup and sugar. 2. In loaf pan, combine remaining ingredients. Top with ketchup-sugar mix. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. 4. Let cool 10 minutes before serving. |
