Mashed potatoes made with skim milk and laughing cow cheese wedges. Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes, cubed |
4 pieces laughing cow light swiss cheese |
1/2 cup skim milk |
salt |
pepper |
granulated garlic |
Directions:
1. Boil the potato cubes until fork tender. 2. Drain. 3. Return potatoes to pot and add milk. Mash together. 4. Add cheese wedges and mash until blended. |
