This a light healthy version of Lasagna
Ingredients:
255 g pasta, dry
3 cups marinara sauce
2 cups nonfat cottage cheese
10 tsp grated parmesan cheese
20 oz ground turkey, lean browned
Directions:
1. brown the meat
2. add the marinara sauce and mix
3. preheat the oven to 350
4. put the meat sauce, than a layer of lasagna sheets, then cottage cheese, and so on for 4 layers.
5. Put the parmesan cheese on top
6. Cover and bake for 55 min
