Light Energy Boost Smoothie for Early Mornings

Using just three types of fruit, this recipe doesn't take much time to prepare. The hardest work is peeling the banana... intense! I used milk because I was out of yoghurt, but I think I'd prefer it this way. It also makes the smoothie itself a little lighter and softer in taste. Because I used bottled orange juice it only took me about half a minute from start to the pouring it in my glass, so you're not looking at 10 minutes of peeling fruits etc. ;)
Ingredients:
1 banana
15 raspberries
100 ml fresh orange juice
100 ml milk
Directions:
1. Peel the banana.
2. (make your own fresh orange juice if you don't have any or you don't believe in bottled fresh orange juice :P).
3. Put everything together.
4. Blend for about 20 seconds (until it's smooth).
5. Pour.
6. Enjoy!
