Egg Salad Sandwich with reduced calorie wheat bread and light mayo. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
2 tbsp light mayonnaise |
1 tsp mustard |
2 slices bread, reduced calorie wheat |
Directions:
1. Hard Boil 2 Eggs then peel 2. Slice eggs into a bowl 3. Add Mayo and Mustard 4. Salt and Pepper to taste 5. Serve in between two slices of bread |
