Directions:
1. Beat egg whites until stiff. 2. In a separate bowl, add salt, sugar and baking powder to the flour. Then beat the egg yolks into the milk and add the vanilla. Add this mixture to the flour mixture and mix until combined. 3. Gently fold in egg whites, taking care not to overmix. 4. Add 1/2 cup batter to waffle iron and cook until golden brown |
