An oil free light dressing that goes well with spinach, orange, and red onion salad. From The Diabetes Choice Cookbook for Canadians. Ingredients:
1/4 cup orange juice |
3 tablespoons light salad dressing or 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise |
3 tablespoons nonfat sour cream |
1 tablespoon honey |
2 teaspoons poppy seeds |
1 teaspoon orange zest, grated |
Directions:
1. Whisk together until combined. 2. Refrigerate until use. 3. Makes 3/4 cup. |
