Finally started translating my collection of Romanian Soups! Ingredients:
1 liter water |
200 g green peas |
200 g potatoes, cubed |
100 g carrots, diced |
100 g parsley roots, diced |
1 onion, diced |
1 tablespoon butter |
dill (optional) |
Directions:
1. Boil all the veggies. 2. Mash everything with a blender. 3. After removing,add butter and dill. 4. Serve with crouttons. |
