Finally started translating my collection of Romanian Soups!
Ingredients:
1 liter water
200 g green peas
200 g potatoes, cubed
100 g carrots, diced
100 g parsley roots, diced
1 onion, diced
1 tablespoon butter
dill (optional)
Directions:
1. Boil all the veggies.
2. Mash everything with a blender.
3. After removing,add butter and dill.
4. Serve with crouttons.
